Laneway is often cited as one of Darwin's best cafés. On the menu, classic Australian coffees, perfect for brunch. Modern, trendy decor. The service and food are excellent. The toilets at the back, however, leave something to be desired. Located in the heart of Parap, the place is nice on weekdays (especially the Outstation art gallery), but really comes alive on Saturdays when the market takes over the square. The Parap Market is often crowded, and is a great place to sample street food from around the world, for art and for clothes.
