The Aboriginal community Aranda is located 120 km west of Alice Springs, offering several cultural towers. The campsite is located in the center of the community but if you prefer a cabin, you can stay at Wallace Rockhole Tourist Park. Aboriginal Rockart is part of the tradition of engravings and paintings of thousands of years old. Some paintings or prints are so old that it is impossible to know who the artist is or what he/she wants to express. Today we can only assume based on photographs, aboriginal knowledge of the past and present, but also thanks to the legends and stories of the aboriginal people.
