Tour Local offers well-organized excursions from both Phillip Island and Melbourne. The meeting with the pygmy penguins for which the island is famous takes place at the end of the day, at sunset. Beforehand, the program is very complete: discovery of the island with magnificent viewpoints, free time in the town of Cowes, wine tasting and lunch. We enjoyed the tour with a small group. Tour Local also offers other tours from Melbourne.
