PENGUIN PARADE
A site for observing 33 cm pygmy dwarf penguins (native to Australia), the smallest of their species.
Every evening, at dusk, hundreds of pygmy penguins leave the sea and head in columns towards their shelters dug in the dunes. These penguins are native to Australia and are the smallest of their species with a size of 33 cm. Placed on an amphitheater on the seashore, at dusk, you will see the smallest penguins of the world coming back from the sea to join their nest. The nights are cool, even in summer, so bring a wool coat and a windbreaker. Arrive one hour before the estimated time to be well placed.
