Gallery housed in one of the city's most beautiful buildings, offering Australian, European and Asian collections.
Founded in 1811, the gallery is housed in one of the city's most beautiful buildings. It houses a permanent collection of over 38,000 pieces. Australian pieces include many Aboriginal works. The European collection covers the period from the Renaissance to the present day, and the Asian collection brings together over twelve countries, with galleries dedicated to the art of South Asia, India and Japan. A very pleasant visit.

Musée très intéressant, comportant une grande collection d'objets aborigènes et d'objets d'autres tribus du Pacifique. La collection de minéraux est également très intéressante.
