The Jam Factory Contemporary Craft & Design is a center for the production, exhibition and sale of artworks created by students and local artists. The Jam Factory's studios (located at several addresses in Adelaide and the Barossa Valley) specialize in ceramics, wood, metals and glass. Guided tours of the site are available. A must: the observation platform where you can watch the artists working with blown glass. Awe-inspiring, awe-inspiring!
