MUSEUM OF AUSTRALIAN DEMOCRACY
This old parliament converted into a museum in Canberra will give you the perfect insight into Australia's political heritage.
Built in 1927 and in operation until 1988, the Old Parliament House has seen some of the greatest economic crises in Australian history. It became the Museum of Australian Democracy in 2010. It will give you a perfect idea of Australia's political heritage. In front of the main entrance, you'll notice the Aboriginal Embassy. This self-proclaimed embassy, consisting of a simple shack and a few tents, has been set up on the lawn since 1972.
