Un site magnifique, très étendu sur des pelouses à l'anglaise bordées d'eucalyptus. Classé à l'UNESCO, sa visite se révèle très riche d'un point de vue historique et culturelle. Malgré son passé de pénitencier, les pierres ocre jaune donnent aux bâtiments une vraie beauté. Croisière comprise dans le billet d'entrée (assez cher 37$/p).
Site historique trés interressant même avec des enfants. L'idee de la carte de jeu pour s'identifier à un ancien détenu est vraiment trés bien, mes filles ont adorées. Le site est trés bien concervé, les explications sont interressantes et cela donne une bonne idée de la vie des prisonniers. La petite balade en bateau est sympa, mais n'apporte pas grandchose.
