Hotel inn with terrace offering regional and gourmet dishes in Sélestat.
The setting seduces with its superb woodwork and incredible frescoes. On sunny days, a terrace is open in a paved inner courtyard. In the plate, place for succulent regional, gourmet and local dishes (Alsatian-style snails, braised pork shank, garnished sauerkraut ...) and pleasant suggestions (duo of smoked salmon and gravlax, fillet of duck, Iberian plum ...). Everything is creatively concocted using fresh seasonal produce.
