Nice restaurant with a warm atmosphere in a very friendly setting in Sélestat.
For almost thirty years now, the Selestadians have been coming to enjoy this friendly establishment! All year round, the Wirth couple and their children welcome you with a smile in a warm atmosphere and a setting designed in the friendly spirit of an Alsatian brewery. Here you can enjoy excellent meats: faux fillets in the forest, sirloin steak, steak tartare, burger maousse, without forgetting the famous steak steak and the sumptuous chateaubriand garnished! But for vegetarians to be reassured, the chef also prepares pan-fried vegetables with delicious bakery noodles... The same goes for Alsatian specialities (homemade presskopf, sauerkraut with five meats, beer braised ham...), salted or sweetened flambé pies (only available in the evening). As for the pike-perch steak served on its cabbage bed with cream, it is a little gustatory wonder! It has been eight years since the Pied de Bœuf received the label of master restaurateur and the quality of the dishes offered is never compromised
