Having worked at the Auberge de l'Ill (Illhaeusern), chef Alexandre Bouchain offers authentic, wood-fired cuisine reminiscent of the rotisseries of yesteryear. Super service, les serveurs sont souriant et sympa. Ambiance convivial et le cadre est top pour un repas en terrasse. La cuisine top, les viandes sont excellentes... petite ardoise des vins courtes mais très correct pour les propositions.

Surtout arrivé bien à l'heure et pas en avance car il y a un manque de savoir vivre, plusieurs potentiels clients partent sans avoir consommé parce que c'est pas l'heure.... 18h45 au lieu de 19h Et ou doivent attendre debout en plein soleil... Sans être certain que table soi disponible,... D'autres clients se sont vu également refusé parce que les tables n'était pas dresser excuse minable car il s'était installé sur une table bien dressé, puis le serveur s'en va rire ( se moquer des clients) au prêt d'un collègue mais c'était pas l'heure,.... Propose de prendre l'apéro pour faire patienter le temps que la cuisine soit prête aurait été plus professionnel....
