Bruno and Alexia Lentz are delighted to welcome you to their beautiful Auberge de la Paix. After the kitchens of the Élysée, it's now in Sélestat that you can enjoy Chef Bruno's delicious dishes. He is ultra-demanding when it comes to his produce, in order to offer you the very best of both Alsatian tradition and creativity. His menu is full of surprises and inventions. Depending on the season and the availability of fresh produce, it is complemented by a number of suggestions displayed on a slate, to be accompanied by good local wines.

Très très bon mais un poil trop chère trop chère pour moi , pourtant j'y ai fait 2 découverte majeur : une pincée de cannelle dans le spritz c'est une tuerie et des feuilles de choux kale sécher

La nourriture était bonne mais le temps d’attente impossible. Attendre son plat pour plus d’une heure ça fait trop.

Bonjour madame, nous sommes étonnés et peinés de recevoir la note minimale de votre part. À quelle date êtes vous venus dans notre établissement ? Nous ne retrouvons pas de réservation à votre nom et l'ensemble des membres de l'équipe assure qu'aucun de nos clients n'a attendu 1 heure son repas, ceci aurait donné lieu à des excuses de notre part et un geste commercial. Si toutefois malgré nos vérifications une erreur de notre part vous avait effectivement fait attendre une heure votre repas, nous nous en excusons.
