A museum in Sélestat that pays tribute to one of the world's oldest trades.

Enter this incredible museum that pays tribute to one of the oldest professions in the world: that of baker! While visiting this magical and lively place, you will be given all the secrets of making bread, from the wheat to the flour and the bread, and you will be familiarized with the machines used over the years. Workshops with creations, baking and everything you need to know to enjoy quality bread are offered. An old bakery has been recreated and sometimes a baker comments for visitors the steps of the birth of a bread.
