In the heart of the old town, their charming bakery-pastry shop Maison Hirose enchants the taste buds of gourmets and gourmands with multiple breads and pastries that reveal incomparable flavors. And, as for pastries, it's Byzantium! Sublime eclairs, tangy lemon tarts, paris-brest revisited in a version... Paris-Tokyo filled with azukis compote and matcha green tea cream.
