A 17-hectare zoo housing almost 1,300 animals: lions, tigers, dingoes, elephants, penguins, crocodiles, kangaroos, etc.

In South Perth, a pleasant visit amid lush vegetation. A path leads through the kangaroo garden and other typically Australian animals. The 17-hectare zoo is home to some 1,400 animals of 169 species, including lions, tigers, dingoes, elephants, penguins and crocodiles. You can admire many snakes under a large vivarium with an explanatory panel in front of each window. Un des plus grand zoo d'Australie. Lieu légèrement excentré du centre de Perth mais facilement accessible avec les navettes bateaux depuis les quais du centre de Perth. Vous verrez tout les animaux australiens que vous aurez parfois bien du mal a voir en liberté. Très grand parc ou l'on peut y passer toute la journée.

the zoo is very friendly, it allows you to see the local animals but also those of the world, the wildlife park is more on local animals including allowing you to stroke kangaroos without being behind a wire fence.
