Called La Bougnate, its management has been wisely entrusted to Brigitte and William Gaillard, the owners of the Moulin de Saint-Gal, a very beautiful and good gastronomic restaurant juxtaposed with superb guest rooms. At La Bougnate, the welcome is above all simple and friendly, with a home cooking composed for the most part of fresh and local products. On the menu, therefore, local dishes, but also salads, frogs' legs and fried food, flank steak with blue cheese, beef cheek, snail with Auvergne blue cheese... and a fine selection of cocktails.
