Beautifully landscaped mountain in Karijini National Park with magnificent views of the Pilbara and Rio Tinto's Mandaroo mine.
Second mountain by its height in Western Australia. All along the ascent, the landscapes follow one another and become more beautiful until reaching the 1 235 m of the summit. Magnificent view on the Pilbara at the top. You will also be able to see the Mandaroo mine of Rio Tinto, one of the 14 iron mines of the surroundings. Count 2 hours of ascent for the 5 km of ascent. It is recommended to go up early in the summer because it can be extremely hot, remember to bring water and protect yourself from the sun (there is almost no shade), mosquitoes and flies depending on the season.
