J'ai loué une voiture chez Budget via rentalcars en septembre 2019. Arrivée sur place, ils nous ont obligé à prendre leur propre assurance "tous risque", sous peine de ne pas nous donner la voiture, car nous avons une carte de débit et non de crédit. Nous avons donc "accepté", pas le choix, de payer 24,65€/jour soit 271€ pour 11jours. Le contrat est au nom "AVIS" et non "BUDGET". De retour en France, ils nous débitent de 664€ !!! Cela fait plus de deux semaines que nous avons ouvert un dossier de litige et ils ne veulent pas répondre. La facture que j'ai obtenu dit que nous avons souscrit à d'autres assurances complémentaires alors que notre contrat n'en parle pas !!!
