The restaurant La Gritta has lost its Michelin star, but not its clientele. The adventure began in 2007 and the inhabitants of Palau were immediately seduced by the inventive and sober cuisine, spiced up with new condiments straight from the chef's head. The dishes are based on the local Gallura repertoire, especially for the preparation of fish. The sommelier has also gone fishing for the best local wine producers who work their land with passion. The menu is completed by a fine selection of Italian and French wines.

Do not go if you are American. It was $10 for a bottle of water. Drinks were $20 a piece. Waste of money.

A bit expensive, but everything was perfect. Note: you must make a reservation also in non season time

A wonderful place for dinner with a view.
Very friendly and attentive staff. With a noble note of french style.
