The restaurant La Gritta has lost its Michelin star, but not its clientele. The adventure began in 2007 and the inhabitants of Palau were immediately seduced by the inventive and sober cuisine, spiced up with new condiments straight from the chef's head. The dishes are based on the local Gallura repertoire, especially for the preparation of fish. The sommelier has also gone fishing for the best local wine producers who work their land with passion. The menu is completed by a fine selection of Italian and French wines.

Location da favola in un tramonto indimenticabile
Cibi preparati con cura e attenzione per la ricercatezza della materia prima associata ad una presentazione impeccabile. Impossibile venire a Palau e non provare questa esperienza a 360 gradi! Complimenti!

Cucina buonissima con piatti elaborati e semplici allo stesso tempo ma creati con prodotti freschissimi e di alta qualità. Personale cordiale e presente sempre con il sorriso. Location da brividi con tavoli all’aperto di fronte ad un tramonto magnifico su arcipelago e Corsica. Una vera esperienza. Locale di qualità superiore. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole prendersi una serata diversa e vivere una esperienza

Wir waren begeistert. Ein wundervoller Ausblick auf La Maddalena und dabei ein perfektes kulinarisches Erlebnis. Die Gerichte sind sehr einfallsreich und auf sehr hohem Niveau. Kleine Kunstwerke für alle Sinne. Der sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Service trugen ebenfalls zu diesem sehr gelungenem Abend bei.

Abbiamo trascorso l’ultima sera in Sardegna qui e non potevamo scegliere posto migliore. Una vista sul mare da togliere il fiato, si respirava una bellissima atmosfera. Il cibo delizioso, prezzo davvero onesto per la qualità dei piatti (abbiamo preso 6 piatti). Torneremo sicuramente!
