A beautiful protected beach, suitable for diving, on the Isolotto Roma.
The beach of Pesce, on the Isolotto Roma, faces the largest beach on the island of Santo Stefano, which is almost entirely privatized by the ugly resort that borders it. The two beaches are barely a kilometre apart, and very good swimmers can have fun swimming across. Many boats anchor around this small protected beach because of the beautiful bottom and the translucent waters suitable for snorkeling. Visible during the crossing from Palau to La Maddalena, it gives a very good idea of the beauty of the archipelago.
