Neither heaven nor hell, Dani and Pier invite you to purgatory for a taste of typical Gallura cuisine. The chef's talent is expressed in refined dishes with well-balanced flavors and a delightful presentation. The pleasure of the palate begins with that of the eyes. The dining room features exposed stonework, but with a modern touch. The ricotta, sugar and lemon peel ravioli with tomato sauce are exquisite, as is the lamb with olives. The cellar is the other marvel to be discovered here... Purgatory, really?
