Neither heaven nor hell, Dani and Pier invite you to purgatory to taste a typical Gallura cuisine. The chef's talent is expressed in refined dishes with balanced flavours and very pleasant presentation. The pleasure of the palate begins with that of the eyes. The room is decorated with exposed stonework, but with a modern touch in the furniture to avoid the trap of rusticity. The ravioli with ricotta, sugar and lemon peel, accompanied by tomato sauce, are exquisite, as is the lamb with olives. Purgatory, really?

Di passaggio a Tempio, ci siamo fermati, dietro consiglio, in questo locale. Già all'ingresso sono stati molto accoglienti, il locale è molto ben arredato, ci si sente da subito a proprio agio. Poi i piatti, cucinati ottimamente, veramente gustosi. Il proprietario ci ha supportato egregiamente nella scelta. Da tornarci.

Cibo superlativo. I piatti sono studiati con cura ed attenzione ed i sapori dei vari ingredienti di sposano ottimamente nel piatto. Trovo ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Bello il locale, con muratura in pietra locale e pavimento in legno. Ottimo anche il servizio, chi ci ha servito era simpatico e preparato. Consigliato.
