Neither heaven nor hell, Dani and Pier invite you to purgatory to taste a typical Gallura cuisine. The chef's talent is expressed in refined dishes with balanced flavours and very pleasant presentation. The pleasure of the palate begins with that of the eyes. The room is decorated with exposed stonework, but with a modern touch in the furniture to avoid the trap of rusticity. The ravioli with ricotta, sugar and lemon peel, accompanied by tomato sauce, are exquisite, as is the lamb with olives. Purgatory, really?

Dopo 4 anni in Sardegna ho trovato un ristorante dove puoi dire che hai mangiato "veramente" bene. Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che amano la buona cucina, è tutto veramente buono, dagli antipasti ai dolci... qualità altissima delle materie prime e sapori armoniosi... e per come mangi anche i prezzi sono ottimi. Consigliatissimo!!!! Al momento il miglio ristorante provato in Sardegna!

Un excelente lugar, la comida deliciosa. La atención increíble. Lo lindo de Italia es conocer lugares como el Purgatorio. Quisimos una tabla de quesos qué no estaba en el menú, y la prepararon igual, estaba muy buena, con mermeladas y diversos tipos de quesos. Probamos las carnes, y nos tomamos una copa de vino. Me voy feliz, con la panza llena, y con ganas de volver. Super recomendado.
I proprietari sono gentilissimi e il cibo è squisito come sempre. Menù di mare.
