Trattoria nel centro storico di Tempio Pausania, pochi tavolini sala interna e alcuni tavoli all'esterno quando il clima lo permette. Atmosfera familiare, dove cortesia e semplicità sono di casa, menù di piatti tipici sardi, difficili da trovare in un posto solo! Un encomio alle lumache con sugo piccante, ma anche gli altri piatti che ho provato erano davvero ottimi! Materie prime di qualità, cucinate a regola d'arte. Un tuffo nei sapori di un tempo, occompagnati da un ottimo vinello rosso della casa. Prezzi piu che giusti per la qualità del cibo, assolutamente da provare se si passa a Tempio!!
Mais pour ce qui est du service, on sent qu’ils sont recommandés par un guide puisqu’ils ne s’embêtent pas avec la politesse. À quoi bon, me direz vous !
Il faudra donc vous contenter d’un mot par échange avec les serveurs, comme par exemple: « le plat », « le fromage », « dessert ? ». La brièveté de l’échange faisant parfois croire que l’on se fait engueuler ou sermonner.
Mais bon, la nourriture est bonne et c’est peut être la manière de s’exprimer des gens du cru (traduction littérale de « tempio »).
