We love this restaurant which was recommended to us by the Hotel Corallaro. It is not a beach restaurant, you will not have your feet in the water, but your taste buds will remember it! At Pema we serve a bistronomic cuisine worthy of the best restaurants on the island. The refinement of the cuisine and the associations of flavors moved us: unforgettable linguine with sea anemone! As for the cooking of the octopus, it was just perfect. The decoration is superb, modern with a rustic touch, the staff and the chef are adorable. Bravo !

Nous avons été conseillé par notre hôte. Effectivement la qualité est au rendez-vous mais les quantités beaucoup moins. Le personnel est respectueux mais sans plus.

Nous avons été manger au Pema un soir et nous avons pris en entrée la dégustation avec 6 petits plats à base de poissons et crustacés la quantité et les associations était bonnes. Les petits plats arrivent et c est à nous de nous servir et ce n' est pas plus mal car les liquides type huile sont au fond du plat.
Ensuite nous avons pris le poulpe et la sèche et les quantités nous on semblé correcte par contre grosse déception car surcuisson de la sèche et là moitié du poulpe ce qui nous à un peu gaché le plaisir.
Pour le dessert nous avons pris le tiramisu
Très bon même si pour nous le goût du café n était pas assez prononcé, mais c est une question de goût

Ristorante particolarmente interessante, che offre una prospettiva diversa di cucina sarda. I piatti proposti a volte presentano anche influenze derivanti dalla cucina di altri paesi, che le valorizzano e ne esaltano il gusto. Il menù non è particolarmente ricco, ma quanto proposto è cucinato e presentato con cura e passione, oltre che basato su materie prime di alta qualità. Ad essi si aggiungono i fuori menù indicati su un'apposita lavagna. Il personale è giovane, rapido e dinamico. I prezzi sono commisurati alle particolari caratteristiche del locale.
