These thermal baths, already frequented in Roman times, use the waters of the river Coghinas. In Casteldoria, these waters gush out at a natural temperature of 76°C. The name of the river is due to the temperature of its waters: coghinas means "kitchen" in Sardinian. The centre is specialised in physiotherapy and psychophysical balance cures. You can enjoy a wellness cure if you do not have a medical prescription. The treatments are carried out with exclusive products using, among others, thermal mud with detoxifying properties.
