This is THE restaurant for traditional Sardinian cuisine: we couldn't pass up this city institution. It's fresh, it's hearty, it's full of sauce and, above all, it's very good! We come here to eat lumachelles (snails), porchetto (suckling pig), rosemary potatoes, and all that is traditional and enchanting about Sardinia. The service is efficient, the staff are really friendly and the terrace in the garden is a real treat. No cheating, this is authentic.

We had a reservation at 22:00 via our hotel host. We ordered at 22:45. Waiters were running back and forth with every other order but did not get near our table. It was pretty humiliating and with no reason whatsoever. We decided to go inside to pay for the bread and water and leave. That was when the manager-owner decided to come and take our order.
