Let's get the suspense out of the way right away: Gianluca is a couturier of taste buds, and an evening at Liberty is a fabulous gastronomic voyage. He's equally at home with seafood and mountain produce: the octopus is to die for, and the meats are perfectly cooked. The finesse of the dishes reflects the setting - Liberty means Art Nouveau - and the staff. The wines are delicious, and you'll be advised by a real sommelier. Everything is beautiful and elegant! We spent a wonderful evening in a truly atypical and enchanting place.

We checked out this restaurant online prior to booking. We were not disappointed from the moment we walked up. The ambiance, the welcome, and the music playing immediately put us at ease. It was like the perfect spot. As this was our first time in Sassari we weren’t sure what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised. The food that was recommended was so delicious. The pace of service was exceptional. Not too fast, and not too slow. All of the staff were attentive to our needs, and seemed to know when to approach, and when to wait. Thank you for a fabulous experience. The questions below deal with a hotel but we only visited the Restaurant Liberty

Excellent repas dans ce restaurant. Endroit très plaisant, au calme sur une petite place. Rapport qualité/ prix au top, repas copieux et délicieux.
