Let's get the suspense out of the way right away: Gianluca is a couturier of taste buds, and an evening at Liberty is a fabulous gastronomic voyage. He's equally at home with seafood and mountain produce: the octopus is to die for, and the meats are perfectly cooked. The finesse of the dishes reflects the setting - Liberty means Art Nouveau - and the staff. The wines are delicious, and you'll be advised by a real sommelier. Everything is beautiful and elegant! We spent a wonderful evening in a truly atypical and enchanting place.

Like a little cocoon in the middle of town.
The ambiance was soothing, isolated from the rest of the city.
The lunch menu at 20€ is an excellent compromise.
We shared with a friend the courgette gratin, with a powerful pesto that enhanced the quality of the plate.
The pasta was good, Al dente (of course in Italy) and tasty. The cuttle was good even if I don't usually appreciate it.
The beef was tender and well salted. Maybe a little more coloration on cooking would have been appreciated.
I recommend going there during lunch.

Nos dejamos recomendar en cuanto al vino y fue un acierto, exquisito. Probamos dos pastas a cuál mejor. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo

Si arriva al ristorante e per quanto la location sia in una piazzetta carina non si ha la sensazione di stare al fresco all esterno perché i tavoli sono circondati da piante e creano un ambiente un po’ angusto, tanto che le cameriere non riuscivano a passare tra i commensali per sparecchiare. In più siamo stati scomodi perché Eravamo in 6 seduti in un tavolo delle stesse dimensioni di un altro tavolo in cui erano in 4.
Gli antipasti sono stati il piatto migliore. Seguiti dal piatto peggiore che sono stati dei tagliolini fatti nella forma di parmigiano con della bottarga di decorazione- il sapore era solo di formaggio e salvia. La fregola insoddisfacente con due cozze e due gamberi risulta unta e viene servita in un contenitore bollente. Il pesce frollato ci è stato consigliato ma per noi è risultato asciutto.
Le cameriere erano gentili ma il riguardo verso gli ospiti non sufficiente per il tipo di spesa a persona.
Abbiamo speso quasi €40 a testa non giustificati per l’esperienza. Non lo consiglierei.
