This small, unpretentious restaurant is located in the lively Piazza Tola on summer evenings. It offers Mediterranean and Sardinian cuisine, above all, which is distinguished by traditions that are still very much alive. Regulars refer to it as "grandmother's cuisine". The dishes are offered in portions or half portions, ideal for satisfying all appetites without spoiling anything. The setting also seems to have remained unchanged for two generations. The beautiful old tiles, worn out over the years, set the tone - burgundy - of the decoration.

Semplicemente speciale… servizio informale e confortevole, menù conciso e materie prime di ottima qualità. Carciofi e patate, zuppa gallurese, favette e altre prelibatezze tipiche sarde (ma non solo); assolutamente da provare i dolci rigorosamente fatti in casa. Ho apprezzato soprattutto il menù con pochi piatti che denota l’intenzione di proporre al cliente le cose più buone reperibili in giornata. Come mangiare a casa di una nonna sassarese, grazie della bellissima serata torneremo presto!

A Sassari per un fine settimana ci troviamo davanti questo gioiellino. Entrati per caso ci siamo subito sentiti accolti e coccolati. Menù che cambia ogni giorno con ricette davvero ricercate ma allo stesso tempo semplici. Idea di offrire assaggi e porzioni intere è sicuramente vincente per i golosi come noi che abbiamo così potuto gustare diverse portate. Nota di merito speciale i dolci... La torta al cioccolato una esperienza meravigliosa. Consiglio sicuramente. Come detto anche ieri: "Ci avete svoltato la giornata ❤️".

Una taverna del nuovo millennio. Assaggi eleganti ma non fighetti; cibo saporito e, a tratti, audace; personale cortese e di cultura (culinaria e non). E ieri, a sorpresa, la visita di un collettivo letterario per regalarci 5 minuti di sottofondo alternativo con poesie e storielle. Taberna Santona è un bel posto dove passare una bella cena in serenità.
