Pinacoteca of Sassari, which houses the collection of religious art of the medieval period
The old Jesuit College building houses the Sassari Art Gallery. More than 400 paintings and works of art are exhibited there. The ground floor houses the collection of religious art from the medieval period to the Renaissance. Madonnas, Christ on the cross and pagan idols are displayed side by side. On the first floor, you can admire the Giovanni Sanna collection, which includes works from the 16th to the 18th century. The top floor is dedicated to Sardinian artists from the 19th century to the present day.
