Bed and breakfast with a pleasant terrace located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the historic center

Here is a comfortable guest room and an owner who knows how to receive. Mario welcomes you in a good mood and with the warmth that befits Italians. He is happy to share his good addresses in town with his guests: restaurants, bars, shops, unusual places... Mario offers his guests two rooms with private bathroom. They share a pleasant terrace equipped with deckchairs and overlooking the rooftops of the city. You will be at 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and the historical centre.

Abbiamo pernottato 3 notti presso La Terrazza e ci siamo trovati benissimo. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Alghero, la camera è grande e il letto comodo. Nello spazio comune ci sono stuoie ombrelloni e giochi da spiaggia da poter prendere in prestito. È al 4 piano e non c'è ascensore ma i gradini sono bassi per cui non è faticoso salire. Il proprietario, il signor Mario è oltremodo disponibile. Ci ha aiutato a salire le valigie all' arrivo e a riportarle giù alla partenza, ci ha dato info su dove cenare ed è stato attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Terrazzino privato vista mare con lavandino e tutto l' occorrente per lavare e stendere i costumi, colazione (servita in terrazza) buona e abbondante.

Accoglienza perfetta di Mario che, oltre a farci sentire a casa, ci ha anche dato alcune informazioni molto utili su cosa poter vedere e fare. Colazione buona e abbondante servita in terrazza (un sogno!), posizione molto comoda per il centro e per le spiagge (noi a piedi o in autobus) e ottima pulizia della stanza!

Ein wunderschönes B&B. Der Gastgeber Mario ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt Tipps für Restaurants und reserviert dort auf Wunsch auch gleich einen Tisch. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut, alles ist frisch angerichtet und wird auf der Terrasse serviert. Das Zimmer im vierten Stock hat eine tolle Aussicht. Wir waren sehr begeistert und können das B&B absolut weiter empfehlen.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner in August. Apartment was a really good size and nice & clean. Mario was a great host who brought breakfast to our room each day for us to eat on our terrace. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the old town of Alghero. This is where you will find all the shops, markets, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is about a 10 minute drive called Fertilia. Really nice beach, definitely worth checking out.
