I highly recommend this restaurant for its creative and delicious food, very pleasant service and authentic atmosphere. Definitely the best food we’ve had in Sardigna. The tiramisu was incredible ????

Ottimo ristorante, impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Abbiamo preso due primi, il vino e due dolci ed era tutto buonissimo. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato, i camerieri molto attenti e gentili. Consiglio vivamente!!

A restaurant, which isn’t able to update their opening times or if it’s even closed out of main season is only worth one star and not 5. It should open at 18:30 on Thursday was posted… so I walked there… closed. So I gave it another try at 19:30… closed.

Meilleure table lors de notre séjour en Sardaigne. Le restaurant s’appelle depuis quelques mois Essenza « al Borgo Sant'Ignazio » (le score frise la perfection sous ce nom) Reprise gagnante par un couple de passionnés. Le petit plus est une patronne, sommelière , au service et parlant français.
Bref le repas, l’ambiance et le service 5*

Excel·lent restaurant, menjar molt bo, ambient molt tranquil i amb un personal molt amable.
Varem demanar lasanya de verdures i tonyina, i un Tiramisú casolà dels millors que he probat, no vaig tenir temps de fer la foto ;

Piacevole scoperta di una calda domenica di ottobre. Nonostante l ambiente rilassato, il servizio e le portate sono degne di un ristorante stellato. Consigliatissimo.

Zur Mittagszeit in Bosa entdeckt direkt in den engen Gassen ????wunderschön
Ich glaube ich hab noch nie soooo lecker gegessen!!!! Wir hatten Salat, eine Gemüselasagne und gegrillte Calamari ???? nur zum Empfehlen!

Le meilleur restaurant de Bosa ! ????????????????????????

Tout était parfait !
Cuisine excellente, depuis un ceviche raffiné en passant par des lasagnes végétariens goûteux, un vin rouge au verre qui fait honneur à la Sardaigne, des pâtes fraîches accompagnées d’un ragù parfait, un vrai dessert de chef pâtissier, des bons décaféinés et même une bande son au top !

Very good address in old Bosa.

However, avoid eating malvasia bosa to accompany your fish. This wine is a wine dessert!
