Archaeological complex with 3 tombs of giants and a nuraghe on a rocky outcrop
Tamuli is an important testimony of the Nuraghic culture for its 3 tombs of giants. The first well-preserved tomb is 14 metres long and half of it is half wide. It is preceded by an exedra, a semicircle with stone benches. Unfortunately, tombs 2 and 3 are in a very bad state of conservation. A nuraghe stands a little further on a rocky spur. The central tower is guarded by a two-lobed bastion. The remains of a village lie below.
