Ingredienti di ottima qualità, dal pomodoro alla mozzarella fiordilatte a quelli tipici del territorio.
Abbinamento molto raffinato ed azzeccato degli stessi su ogni singola pizza.
Cornicione alto e soffice, stile napoletano, base croccante e molto saporita. Non scivola via niente. Molto buono anche l'olio utilizzato.
