The Mouty-Chassagnette family has run the Castel Hôtel 1904, a superb 17th-century building, since 1904. The restaurant, with its low ceilings and exposed beams, is very pleasant, with well-spaced tables. In the kitchen, the chef works with the finest seasonal produce and serves up tasty cuisine. If you're in a hurry at lunchtime, you can opt for the brasserie side of the restaurant, at Le Comptoir, where family-style cuisine is served. Main courses vary according to the season. Special menus are available on Sundays and public holidays.

Seulement été au restaurant, mais fortement recommandé! Nourriture délicieuse, presque digne de Michelin, mais prix très différent! Un joyau caché à St-Gervais d'Auvergne. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Super restaurant ! Venez visiter les Combrailles et vous arrêter dans ce super endroit. Menu a 30 euros excellent et menu dégustation à 54 €. Le service est bon la nourriture est bonne et le choix des vins est varié ! N'hésitez plus ! Réservation conseillée.
