You wouldn't expect to find such a refined restaurant in the small town of Sant'Antioco, and yet... Da Achille revisits all the best Italian specialities and cooks them in its own way. Meat, fish, pasta, are nicely prepared in beautiful dishes. The restaurant of the Hotel Moderno is a favourite with locals and tourists alike. The restaurant is decorated with natural materials and small touches of original colour. It is a change from the rusticity of many Sardinian restaurants.

We have chosen the degustation menu with wine. The food was really great and served with different sparkling, white, rosé and red wines from Sardinia. The service was really nice. Only the restaurant itself did not fit to the high quality of the food. The chairs are not comfortable and the toilets could be cleaner.
