Municipal museum exhibiting a beautiful collection of Mediterranean shells
A visit to the Municipal Museum allows you to get acquainted with the cultural singularities of the islanders. Installed in the 1738 fort, the 5 rooms tell the history of this Ligurian community from Tunisia through documents from the 18th and 19th centuries. The museum also exhibits a typical tuna fishing boat and the reconstruction of a canning factory. A third room presents a beautiful collection of Mediterranean shells.
