At the corner of the Santa Croce, at the foot of the ramparts, is probably the most beautiful terrace in the city. The Libarium is the chic address where you can meet for a cocktail in front of the sublime panorama on the marina. Cosy outdoor lounge, high tables or bar stools, this restaurant takes advantage of its setting with a continuous service from breakfast until the middle of the night. There is something for every palate, from croque-monsieur to caviar. A beautiful Italian wine list and a very nice champagne list. Service a bit snobbish.

Un café-restaurant dans la vieille ville de Cagliari. Une superbe vue sur la ville. Installée en terrasse, en plein mois de novembre, j’ai dégusté un super risotto au canard, bien fondant. Une assiette copieuse. Un vrai régal.
