Animelle di pollo con panatura di funghi, sangria servita in pralina di burro di cacao, ostrica fritta già come benvenuto.
Piatti molto buoni come lo scampo con chips di topinambur.
La qualità dei vini è ottima, il servizio è buono, un po' di confusione durante la prenotazione. L'ambiente non era molto di mio gusto, troppo retrò.
