Manzetta ben lavorata e insaporita.
Uovo "poché", buono ma...fuori dalla poche????.
Guanciale eccellente; anche se non c'era la prevista cotenna soffiata.
Panna cotta con salsa di pere e rosa canina, squisita.
Sbrisolona, gradevole; anche se troppo rivisitata per mantenerne il nome

J’ai pris un menu 7 plats. Les premiers plats était créatifs et bons. Mais vers le 4eme plats c’est devenu de la cuisine « standard » avec, par exemple un plat de spaghettis et fromage de chèvre.
Le service n’était clairement pas à la hauteur d’un restaurant 1 étoile.
Au final déçu de l’expérience, et je ne recommande pas ce restaurant

Dopo il primo siamo andati via. Comunque complimenti per riuscire a fare numeri con proposte così scadenti. MAI PIU !!!
