The chef's creativity follows the rhythm of the seasons and coordinates the freshness of the products he selects with the specialities of Sardinian and Mediterranean tradition. Slimming menu, vegetarian or tasting menu, the proposals prove to be tempting. The chef has a clear preference for seafood and gives pride of place to fish caught off the coast of Cagliari. The plates are subtly accompanied by a fine selection of wines from the island and other Italian hillsides. All this is served in a resolutely modern but slightly cold setting.
