The success of this Sardinian "hamburger shop" has not wavered despite the passing years. Fabrizio Muscas has been able to seduce a demanding clientele with his gourmet hamburgers, which are essentially made of products from Sardinia. Pecorino cheese replaces cheddar cheese, mutton replaces ground beef, country ham replaces bacon... The sandwiches are composed like real architectural works in which seasonal products and homemade sauces are piled up in layers. The kitchen is located in the heart of a high vaulted room made of blonde stone.
