Nicola, a young chef with a wealth of experience on the continent, set himself the challenge of giving this restaurant a second life. Binzas surprises with its original dishes and subtle, surprising combinations. We love the balance between colors and flavors, the choice to favor small wineries and to seek the beautiful in the simple. "Small is beautiful", just like the intimate dining room (barely 20 covers), with its sober, uncluttered yet warm decor. A romantic setting and an up-and-coming chef!

Cibo ottimo con prodotti eccezionali. Per non parlare del servizio veloci e cordiali. Ambiente molto accogliente e personale molto simpatico. Veramente un bel locale

È stata una piacevole scoperta locale piccolino, pochi tavoli, ma molto accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato bene e abbiamo pagato il giusto Lo consiglio perché io ci ritornerò sicuramente!
