Big villa offering the most beautiful rooms with balcony or terrace overlooking the sea
This big and cosy villa of 1902 faces the Poetto beach. It allows you to enjoy the attractions of Cagliari while living on the sea. You only have to cross the street to go for a swim in the Bay of Angels and relax after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are pleasantly furnished in a refreshing marine style. You will have at your disposal air conditioning, LCD TV, minibar, wifi, hair dryer and courtesy kit. The most beautiful rooms have a view of the sea and even a terrace or balcony.

Autos fahren so gut wie gar nicht vor der Tür, weil sie es nicht dürfen.
Overall rooms are excellent and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach, close to transport -but still quite peaceful.
Because the road in front is car free (only taxis may use it for access) it is both safe and quiet.
The reception and breakfast team are very pleasant and helpful, actually helping us a lot on this most recent trip with an issue we had. They went out of their way to make things easier for us.
The only reason for the 4 rating (not 5) for the rooms is that one of our rooms -the appartment- was not quite as good as the others (we had 4 in total). The appartment is a good size and good for a family, but not quite at the same standard as the other rooms.
