SPHERA LOCURA

This very conceptual bar welcomes a very young clientele with a strong sense of celebration. They serve here "chupitos" or shots of sweet liquors. There is something for almost every taste: apple, melon, pear, bubble-gum... The best thing is to make them flambé or to mix several liqueurs and alcohols which will form Neapolitan slices or brain effects in the glass. These small sweet bombs are to be tasted with moderation, because the effects are rather powerful. The names of these cocktails set the tone: "blue balls", "ovolollo", "acid cookie"...
