Pleasant gardens behind the museum district on the edge of Castello.
The place is very peaceful and offers beautiful views of the capital. Located just behind the museum district on the edge of Castello, the setting is perfect for a break after long hours in the halls. A large tree-lined path, fountains, lawns and benches allow visitors to stroll or rest in the shade of a tree. Inside these public gardens is a small, charming palace that houses theGalleria Comunale d'Arte Moderna.

A narrow and long park: little interest except for looking for shadows or picnics, the view remains nice. But it's not worth a detour…
This small park is well maintained. Moreover, when we visited, the gardeners linked and you need for us to zigzag between mechanical sprinklers not to wet us and go water to its providers, dwarf palm trees in very large number in Sardinian capital. At one end of the garden, a small palace is that hosts Galleria comunale Arte Moderna. The entry fee of six euros, will dissuade us to enter.
