Da Giancarlo is Pula's institution. A mythical and very busy restaurant, where the service is busy trying to place everyone during the summer. Here the seats are expensive, not the food. In addition to the pizzas, which are among the best in the city, shellfish, pasta and Sardinian specialities are in the spotlight. The restaurant is large but manages to bring out fresh and tasty cuisine. The highlight of the show, other than the pleasure of the plate, is the lobster tank cleverly hidden in a boat stranded in the middle of the room.

Krewetki źle oczyszczone przez co danie było gorzkie i niesmaczne !
Wszystkie przystawki na zimno - owoce morza podane w tej samej octowej zalewie
Zamiast pieczonych ziemniaków otrzymaliśmy - wcześniej ugotowane ziemniaki , teraz podsmażone z cebulą
Ceny nieadekwatne do jakości potraw !
Bzdurą jest doliczanie „coperto „ i serwisu … !!!!! Nie polecam !!!!

The steak was supposed to medium-rare but the one we recieved was medium-well. The potatoes were supposed to be grilled and plain however they were served with undesired onions. It seems that the chef has altzheimers disease because the spaghetti was salted at least 4 times. We ordered 200g of fish but we got something closer to 400g. Besides, the was stale and not fresh. The shrimp werent cleaned of the roe and they were bitter. The seafood appetizers were all cold and doused in vinegar. I dont recommend patronizing this establishment

Una cena di pesce ottima!!! Nelle immediate vicinanze del centro storico di Pula una piacevolissima scoperta. Abbiamo assaggiato una frittura mista di pesce e gli spaghetti dello chef veramente saporiti e deliziosi con trito di cozze e gamberi e bottarga. Unica cosa che eviterei è il fatto di portare i due primi in un piatto grande su carrello per poi dividerlo davanti ai commensali nei due piatti, è un formalismo a mio parere inutile che rischia di far raffreddare il cibo, inoltre l'impiattamento era molto più pulito e bello nel piatto di portata. Ma è solo un parere personale il locale vale sicuramente di essere provato! Strepitosa la millefoglie fresca e golosissima, da leccarsi i baffi????
Spaghetti ai frutti di mare salati. Ora... lo so anch'io da semplice casalinga che vongole e cozze si puliscono con acqua e sale, quindi non vado a salare il sugo. Piuttosto un pò di peperoncino per insaporire.
Frittura di calamari decongelati e non freschi. E si sente. Ma lo scrivono nel menù, quindi "hai voluto la bicicletta, adesso pedala".
Si salvano solo vino (non della casa ma in bottiglia) e il dolce....il creme caramel senza lattosio: vedremo stanotte se è vero ????
