There's no better location than this restaurant in the heart of the Nora lagoon. The terrace and dining room look out onto the setting sun reflected in the lagoon's calm waters. Talented chef Davide Atzeni offers inspired, delicate cuisine drawn from the seabed. Eggs are cooked at low temperature and seasoned with hazelnut and lemon juice, spaghetti accompanies langoustines and fish is surrounded by vegetables beautifully arranged on the plate. A magical place to try once in a lifetime.
